We are currently seeking a motivated, professional, friendly, experienced technician with technical and customer services skills. Unlike our large corporate competitors, our management team has been in the appliance repair trade for many years. We know what it’s like to run a route and interact with customers. We know how to give you the tools to succeed. We offer a fun, values-based work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Have experience in performing appliance repairs
  • Maintain a clean California driver’s license
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be willing to keep a clean, neat, and professional appearance

We provide you with a fully stocked company van, an iPad for use in the field, a company cell phone, and work attire. You will be expected to care for and maintain these items.

The office is the first impression for most customers who do business with Conner’s Appliance. Interacting professionally and efficiently is critical to our mission. Our office operations are fast-paced and fun. The job responsibilities would consist of answering phones, scheduling customers, calling morning routes, checking in parts, following up with customer repairs, communicating with the appliance technicians, communicating with vendors, and processing credit card payments.

All office positions are based in our Monterey Bay, California call center.

Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE 2-3 years of experience in an office setting/call center/customer service position
  • Energetic, passionate, and driven
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Effective phone sales technique
  • High level of professionalism and maturity
